School Campaign

For reasons currently unknown by the medical community, sudden cardiac arrest can strike young, seemingly perfectly healthy athletes. Save a Life Pitkin County is planning a series of training programs in our area middle and high schools this fall. We want to make sure that all students, teachers, coaches, administrators and other school employees know exactly what to do in the event of a cardiac emergency and that they feel confident in taking action to save a life.
